Baugh Electric was founded by a skilled electrician who began his career over a decade ago — wiring homes, solving complex electrical problems, and helping people feel safer and more comfortable where it matters most.

📖 But the story didn’t end there.

 

After personally dealing with overpriced HVAC companies and feeling powerless as a homeowner without technical knowledge, our founder saw a bigger purpose. He took his skills further and expanded Baugh Electric into full-service HVAC, with one clear mission:

 

To give homeowners honest, reliable, expert-level service without games, gimmicks, or pressure.

 

To prepare for this next chapter, he put himself through a rigorous HVAC-R training program and earned his diploma. Determined to do things by the book and to the highest standard, he continued on to earn his EPA 608 certification, allowing him to safely and legally handle refrigerants.

 

He then joined a local HVAC company, gaining hands-on experience and sharpening his skills in real-world residential environments. But he didn’t stop there.

 

To further expand his expertise, he traveled to Little Rock, Arkansas to attend the highly respected Ultimate Technical Academy, where he earned his certification in air conditioning and heat pumps.

 

Today, he continues to advance his knowledge and training — staying up to date with the latest technology, techniques, and best practices to better serve his customers. His commitment to growth reflects the core values of Baugh Electric: honesty, quality, and never cutting corners.
